Returns

If you purchased a UHA-3 within the past 30 days and are dissatisfied with the performance of the device, send an email to for information on returning it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding the original cost of shipping. Returned amplifiers must be in "like-new" condition and must include all original cables and accessories. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the device back to Leckerton Audio.

Repairs

If your UHA-3 requires repair, send an email to describing the problem, and you will receive information on where to send your amplifier. Repairs performed within six months of the purchase date are fully covered (parts and labor) under the included Full Six-Month Warranty. For repairs after the warranty period expires, a service fee will be charged. Before any work is done on your amplifier, you will be notified of the estimated service fee.
