Every Leckerton Audio product comes with a 30-day guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the performance of your amplifier, you can return it for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding the original cost of shipping) within 30 days of purchase. For information on where to return your amp, send an email to Returns. Returned amplifiers must be in “like-new” condition and must include all original cables and accessories. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the device back to Leckerton Audio.
Full Two-Year Warranty
All Leckerton Audio products include a full two-year warranty. If your amplifier requires repair within two year of the original purchase date, the warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor. If we are unable to repair your amplifier, we will provide you with a new one. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or failure to follow the operation instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the amplifier to Leckerton Audio for repair service. For information on obtaining warranty service, send an email to Repairs.
Delivery method is selected at checkout. Domestic orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail include delivery confirmation. Domestic orders shipped by UPS Ground include tracking service. All international orders include tracking service. International delivery times are approximate and may vary according to country. Shipments are from Evanston, IL, U.S.A.
